Mudguard - Mud flap (fender) Modifications. (Last Pic unpainted)

Rohloff shows OEM2 fixture The "Cat" has been designed for this fitting.
Features:
No special tools
"workbench" on top of my "recycle and rubbish bins"
Alumininum Strip(s) is exactly same as short piece that is standard. Cost $AUD4.00 each

$5.95 can of "satin" black spray paint
$0.05 Alloy Rivits
$1.20 worth of "washers"
Roughly same weight when finished
So strong you can sit on them

some alluminium strips, same as what came with the bike

them to shape....

them on and paint them

Bit
of a bend here - not too difficult - we re-produced it three more
times for two bikes...

- note the gear change button - I lost one after about 18 months or
so :-) They gave a new one FREE

with cables in the non prefered position - no trouble in 22 months of
VERY rough cycling.
